Football
St. Alphonsus Athletics offers football for those students in grades 3rd through 8th. The teams consist of a combined 3rd/4th grade team, 5th/6th grade team and 7th/8th grade team. The 3rd/4th grade team participates in the CEFL league and typically plays 7 league games and postseason play. The 5th/6th and 7th/8th grade teams participate in the CSAL league. This league provides 6 league games with an opportunity to participate in the Bruin Bowl or Warrior Bowl. We have a very proud football tradition at St. Alphonsus and it only takes a look at the past or current football rosters of Catholic High, Redemptorist or Central High to see how well our former student-athletes have excelled in top level football programs. |
