St. Alphonsus is an accredited elementary school serving students from Pre-K through 8th grade.
Enrollment is open to all qualified students regardless of race, sex, or national origin.
  • The St. Alphonsus Education Committee is responsible for establishing admissions policy.
  • The principal of St. Alphonsus School is responsible for the implementation of these policies.
Age Requirements
Students entering our school must meet the required age on or before September 30.
  • Pre-K 3 students must be three years old.
  • Pre- 4 students must be four years old.
  • Kindergarten students must be five years old.
  • First grade students must be six years old.
Required Documentation
The following original certificates must be presented at the time of registration:
  • Birth Certificate
  • Baptismal Certificate
  • First Communion Certificate (if applicable)
  • Immunization Records
  • Social Security Card
  • In addition to the above, records of the child's previous academic work are required of all students entering grades two through eight.

New Students: Registration begins on Monday, February 20th. New students can only apply with a paper application. Please contact the school office for an application.
Notification of Acceptance
Letters of acceptance will be mailed in late March.
