Transportation
There are two forms of transportation to and from St. Alphonsus School. Students can either carpool or ride the school bus. |

Carpool

Families utilizing carpool should adhere to the following guidelines: |
- When you arrive in the mornings you should turn on Frenchtown Rd. and use the first driveway to your left to turn in the parking lot.
- Carpool Starts at 7:45 AM; students are not to be release from cars until the duty teacher instructs to do so.
- Afternoon cars should park in the back parking lot. All cars should park in the middle spots facing the church. Once those spots are full, cars should make a line wrapping around the church building.
- Afternoon carpool begins at 3:35; all students must be picked up by 4:00 PM. After 4:00, students will be placed in Extended Care and all fees will be applied.

School Bus Transportation
Students living in the City of Central may utilize school bus transportation. First Student is the bus company that takes care of all bussing for the Central Community School System. Students are automatically assigned a school bus stop. If a change is need, you must fill out a Bus Stop Request Form and send it to the school office. Please allow for 2-3 days for the change to be complete.
First Student maintains radio contact with their buses at all times. If you need assistance with locating a late bus or a missed stop, please contact them using the number listed below. Please review the Transportation Guidelines with your students. They are held responsible for these rules while riding the school bus. |

Change in Dismissal
If you need to change the way your child goes home in the afternoon, please fill out the Change in Afternoon Dismissal and send to school with your child. |
