Admission Requirements

St. Alphonsus is an accredited elementary school serving students from Pre-K3 through 8th grade. Enrollment is open to all qualified students regardless of race, sex, religion, or national origin.  The St. Alphonsus Education Committee is responsible for establishing admissions policy.  The principal of St. Alphonsus School is responsible for the implementation of these policies.

Age Requirements

Students entering our school must meet the required age on or before September 30.

Pre-K 3 students must be three years old.

Pre- 4 students must be four years old.

Kindergarten students must be five years old.

First grade students must be six years old.

Required Documentation

The following certificates must be uploaded with the application:

• Birth Certificate
• Baptismal Certificate
• First Communion Certificate (if applicable)
• Immunization Records
• Social Security Card

In addition to the above, records of the child's previous academic work are required of all students entering grades two through eight.
