Cheerleading

St. Alphonsus Athletics offers cheerleading for students in grades 3rd through 8th. Each squad participates in a summer camp where they learn cheers and dances. Typically, the 3rd and 4th grade squads participate in a summer camp at SAS and the 5th - 8th grade squads participate in an offsite summer camp through UCA. We have a very proud cheerleading tradition as well. Former SAS cheerleaders can be found on cheer squads and dance teams at St. Joseph’s, Catholic High, St. Michael High and Central High.
