Extended Care Online Registration

Registration is now open for parents to sign-up for our Extended Care Program for the 2025-2026 school year. We will be implementing a new online sign up and payment platform called Cheddar Up. You will be able to fill out the necessary forms and make monthly recurring payments through Cheddar Up. Please make note of the following:

There is a one-time registration fee PER FAMILY. Please only add to the cart once.

The monthly recurring payments (either for morning care, aftercare, or both) will be PER CHILD. Please add to the cart for each child.

Drop-in care registration payment will be made using Cheddar Up, but your as needed drop-in fees will continue to be billed through FACTS.

HOLIDAYS: Extended Care is NOT offered on holidays or early dismissal days.

General Policies

Only St. Alphonsus School students may participate in the program.
Children may not be let out of the car before 6:45 a.m. in the morning for before school care and must be dropped off in the carpool line if arriving at school by 7:40 a.m. or after. Your child must be signed out by an authorized person before 6:00 p.m. in the afternoon.
Children will be released only to those people authorized in writing by a parent or guardian.

Morning Program

Before Care is from 6:45 a.m. - 7:40 a.m. In this program, the students can work on homework, play games, or watch a movie. They may also purchase breakfast from the cafeteria. Carpool begins at 7:45 a.m.

Afternoon Program

After Care is from 3:30 p.m. - 6:00 p.m. This program has three basic components: snack, indoor and outdoor activities and homework is offered to students in grades 2nd - 8th grade. Along with our adult workers, we also have high school and college students who work with this program in the afternoons.
